I need some help if you please. I tried to do a screen shot example but it would not paste. THE ASK : I have to create a Weekly Opportunities/Sales Report with over 15 columns, of which 5 of them (below) need to be merged, so the information is not duplicated. I don't want to have to sort and merge the cells individually every week as I have over 300 opportunities and I was looking for something that would make it simpler. Hope you can assist. This is an example Column A OPPORTUNITY : Mamma Pizza, (shows on lines 1 2 and 3) Column B DISTRIBUTOR : ABC Co, (shows on Line 1) 123 Co (shows on Line 2) and XYZ Co. (shows on line 3) Column C - DISTRIBUTOR CONTACT: Mary Miller (from ABC) - Line 1 , Bill Jones (from 123 Co)- Line 2 , Henry King (XYZ Co) Line 3 Column D OPPORTUNITY AMOUNT : $300(currently shows up individually as $ 300 on Lines 1, 2 and 3 . Note : each distributor is quoting the same $ 300 for the same opportunity ) Column E NOTES: (Each distributor has salesmen comments) Mary - Follow Up (line 1) Bill Jones - Waiting to be advised of next step (Line 2) Henry King - Highly unlikely to get business (Line 3( Is there a formula that can be created in Excel for the following :- Column A (Opportunity: Mamma Pizza) to shown up once (merged all 3 lines together) Column D (Opportunity Amount) show up only as $300 for the total opportunity,(merged all lines together) and not show up 3 times making it $900 instead of the true opp amount?
